Your role 

​

  • As a Business Developer you will work with warm leads and current clients (upsell). You will present and close the sale and also continue a client relationship for Upsell opportunities.

  • You will lead on Sales / New Business strategy. Should a Sales Team be put in place, this role will naturally progress to Head of Business Development/ Sales/ International Sales.

  • Commercialising our early-introductory-stage Products (proptech solutions and services) through sales of pilot projects including; expanding our customer base, inventing and executing direct email marketing campaigns, editing web-pages, creating business-case sheets, making PowerPoints, writing sales quote templates, updating product specifications and catalogues, having dialogues with our suppliers about specific customers and projects, and more.

Your role

  • As a Product Developer you will be creating and enhancing products that fill a niche in the market or allow clients to remain competitive.

  • You will work closely with Business Developers to enhance features of real estate technology product portfolio.

  • Determining product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses.

Creative Working

Your role 

​

  • As a Sourcing Specialist you will actively search, source and contract with new emerging property technology vendors primarily in Europe

  • Work with stakeholders to understand their need and expectations

  • Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules with vendors

  • Work with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation

  • Maintain contracts and vendor data to secure compliance terms

  • Report progress and escalate issues/challenges for the pipeline of procurement cases
